General

In a constant effort to improve our customer service relations, without notice we may change the terms that govern the use of our web site at any giving time. Please note that your use of this site constitutes the understanding of such changes by us to make improvements on our web site, as well as binds you to follow and abide by our terms of use.

Customer service

Customer Service is open via email Monday to Friday from 12pm-6pm EST. Please allow 24 hours response time on emails during weekdays. All emails received after 6pm on Fridays, will be responded to on the following business day. To contact customer service please email service@societysop.com.

Return Policy

Items purchased on our site are eligible for a return 14-days from the date received. Items must be returned with receipt in original packaging, unworn and undamaged with all tags and are available for a full return. Items returned within 30-days will only be available for store credit. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If requesting an exchange and item is in no longer available or discontinued, you will be eligible to exchange for a different item of same or lesser value or receive a store credit.

Final Sale/Clearance Items

No returns or exchanges will be available for items that are final sale.

Return Process

Returns must be processed within the 14-days of receiving your shipment; Society Original Products will provide a UPS return-shipping label at no charge to customer. When shipping a return or exchange item, you must contact customer service with your original order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you receive an RA#, you must clearly write the RA# visible on the box. Additional return instructions will be issued from customer service. If RA# is not written on the package upon receiving the return, you will be accessed a $5.00 processing and handling fee to complete your return or exchange. This processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund or deducted from your exchange credit.

Disclaimer

Products sold on this site may be limited edition or limited in quantity. In some cases products sold on this site may be discontinued once they sell out and may never be available again. Our retail partners in current or previous seasons may also sell some of the products on this site; products purchased from this site cannot be returned to one of our retail partner locations and conversely products purchased from one of our retail partners cannot be returned or exchanged on this site. .

Delivery Term

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you are passed to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to our standard terms of sale. Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are a list of our holidays and considered to be a non-business day: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to Societysop.com & Shop.societysop.com. This privacy policy does not apply to any of our offline collections or product, sold by our retail or 3rd party partners. All of your personal information entered on this site will not be shared or sold by Society Original Products for any un-authorized purpose. It is necessary to share your personal information with our 3rd party processing partners to complete and ship orders. We collect information from you in several different ways on this site. The goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide a secure and efficient experience while shopping, as well as assisting us with constantly improving our customer relations.

Store Credit/Gift Codes

When Store Credit is issued it will be valid for up to one year of original date issued. When Gift codes are issued, they will only be valid for up to 90 days of date issued. At times there may be special promotions issued in conjunction w/ Store Credit or Gift Codes that may end early at our discretion without further notice.

Security

Society Original Products is committed to providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We want you to feel safe and comfortable that all of your personal information will be kept secure throughout your entire experience with us. For added safety, we do not store credit card information on our web server once your order has been completed and processed. This practice significantly reduces the chances of Internet credit card theft and or fraud. However, this means that on future orders, you will have to enter your credit card information again. We apologize for the inconvenience but believe that this is the safest manner to secure your personal information.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Our store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
